Penoscrotal webbing commonly can occur as a result of circumcision, when the underside of the penis, where is attaches to the scrotum, is lifted up. As a result a web forms, and the scrotal tissue becomes attached to the underside of the penis.

What should I expect from the procedure?

Correction of penoscrotal webbing is a procedure performed as an outpatient under local anesthesia or IV sedation.

How long will it take to recover?

Every patient is different, but most men find they can return to work in a matter of weeks. It takes four to six weeks to fully recover.

When I can I resume intercourse?

Four weeks after the procedure is the average for most men for resuming sexual intercourse.
